What did he do? He broke the neck of a neighbor’s puppy! Why? Just because he wasn’t granted permission to access to his neighbor’s Wi-fi.

Christopher Vogel was arrested in Des Moines, Iowa. He was visiting a friend but wanted to surf the Internet. However his friend didn’t have Wi-fi, so he went to the neighbors and asked if he could use theirs. But he wasn’t given permission to the Internet.

In his anger, Christopher grabbed a nearby puppy owned by the neighbors and snapped its neck.

“The dog had nothing to do with the argument, wasn’t aggressive towards him,” Des Moines police sergeant Ryan Doty shared with local news.

The incident took place in July but the suspect apparently ran away and escaped from authorities. Just recently he was finally arrested for his crime.
